Lauren graduated Marist College with a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. After deciding to specialize in Intimate Apparel, she went to the London College of Fashion to take a certificate program in Structured Bra Making.
She has had the experience of working for intimate apparel companies such as Skarlett Blue, Natori, and Victoria's Secret where her attention to detail and technical skills have flourished. She has multiple years of experience with partnering with R&D teams, technical teams, and production teams to design the best product possible. She also is intimately familiar with with style requests, prototypes, BOMs and SMS. She currently does her fit corrections by hand, and has experience with pattern manipulation for bras, pants, garters and loungewear.
Lauren's personal designs are focused on the alternative beauty in fashion. She leans towards romantic designs that are meant to make a woman feel powerful and confident, while touching upon a woman's strong sexuality. Her unique designs are rooted in complex ideas, from which she creates new shapes, styles, and prints that express the individuality of the wearer.
